I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
Orders are confirmed once payment has been completed.
We only accept PayPal address.The address cannot be changed once the order is paid.
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Our hours of operation for shipping are Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM-6:00 PM – excluding weekends.
Orders placed on weekends, will not be processed until the next business day.

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
Average Transit time is 7– 20 Working Days after processing.
Some circumstances are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements.
While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience.
For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.
Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delays in the delivery.

We work with a variety of shipping carriers around the globe, our shipping partners include but are not limited to 4PX,USPS, CANADA POST,CHINA POST,AUSTRALIA POST,etc.
We will choose the best shipping carrier option available for your order so your parcel will arrive at yours ASAP.
WHERE IS THE PLACE OF DEPARTURE FOR MY ORDER?
Our warehouses are located in the United States, United Kingdom, and Mainland China, depending on your order of choice and receiving locations, we will send off your parcel from the nearest warehouse where the product is also available.
WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours after creating it, there will be a $2 processing fee for it.
If the item has already been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
Please move on to the return and refund process.
I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information.Notify us immediately via Email at support@remotecontrolsreplacement.com. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.
Parcels Damaged In Transit:
We do ship every item with extra care. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.
If this happens to you, please contact us with:
- Your order number.
- A picture of the damaged product.
Once received, we'll be happy to send out another one free of charge.
MULTIPLE ADDRESSES:
We don’t offer the shipment to multiple addresses for one order. If you’d like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
We are not responsible for custom delays caused by your country’s customs department.
VAT is not due when the total value of all goods in a consignment (value not inclusive of customs duties or transport costs) is less than a threshold.(for example, the threshold of United States is USD800, so if your value is not more than USD800, it will not occur import tax)
